Water Sample Analysis

Why test drinking water? The benefits of water sample testing

While utility companies have to stick to strict water quality standards, once your drinking water leaves the mains supply and enters a private residence or commercial building it is exposed to a number of factors that can affect its quality. These include:

  • Pipes
  • Storage tanks
  • Local distribution systems

Because of this, it’s always a good idea to get water sample testing carried out at your property. This involves analysing water samples to determine their quality and safety. There are many benefits to water sample testing, including:

  • Peace of mind: You can rest easy knowing that your water is safe to drink and use.
  • Health protection: Water sampling can help to protect your health by identifying and removing harmful contaminants from your water.
  • Compliance with regulations: UK water testing is required by law in settings such as rented accommodation and public buildings. Testing your water can help you to ensure that you are in compliance with regulations and avoid fines.
  • Prevention of damage: Water contaminants can damage your property and appliances. Water testing helps to identify and remove contaminants before they cause damage, saving you money on repairs and replacements.

If you are concerned about the quality of your water, or if you are required to test your water by law, our experts can get you booked in for a water sampling call out.
