The Legionella Control Association (LCA) have released guidance on the risk assessment and recommissioning process of hot and cold water systems for properties that are being brought back into use following the Covid-19 pandemic. Buildings that have remained empty with static water systems, or those that have been subject to flushing that does not
represent normal usage, are likely to require recommissioning.
